Easy Chocolate Fudge
12 oz. semi sweet chocolate chips
1 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
1 tsp vanilla
1 c. chopped walnuts
Line a 8x8 baking pan w/ foil, w/ extra hanging over edges. Spray lightly w/ cooking spray. In a heavy bottomed sauce pan, combine chocolate chips and condensed milk. Over low heat, mix well until chocolate melts and well combined. Remove from heat. Add vanilla and stir in nuts. Spread evenly in prepared pan. Chill for 2 hours or overnight. Remove w/ foil and peel off. Cut into squares.
*NOTE* For nut-free option, just omit walnuts and make recipe as is.

Krista I love simple fudge. And the best part is, it takes minutes to put together, little ingredients and always tastes out of this world. These will definitely be on my cookie platters this year :)
We never serve fudge for Christmas, but it's not because we don't love it! It just requires too much tedious work and hardly never turns out the way we would have hoped. This year, fudge will definitely be on the agenda! Thank you for sharing this recipe. :)
